Computer Laws of Thailand

This year, Thailand Court release the first computer law to control criminal in the e-world. This law is impact to some of business such as web hosting, it department, internet cafe, school and so on. K.Poomjit is a one who participate since this law is begin, she got interviewed by Chulalongkorn University Radio on 17 August 2008. You can listen the full clip (20 minutes) by this link.

ในปีนี้ เป็นปีที่พระราชบัญญัติออกบทลงโทษด้านอาชญากรรมด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ของประเทศไทยออกมา และในอีกไม่ช้า 3-4 วันข้างหน้า ก็หมดเขตเวลาช่วงผ่อนผันแล้ว ธุรกิจมากมายล้วนได้รับผลกระทบ คุณภูมิจิตร ซึ่งเป็นหนึ่งในคนที่ติดตามด้านกฏหมายและผลภายหลังจากกฏหมายออกมาบังคับใช้ ได้ให้สัมภาษณ์รายการวิทยุจุฬาฯ ว่าหลังจากกฏหมายออกบังคับใช้แล้ว มีผลอย่างไรบ้าง สำหรับใครที่ไม่ได้ฟัง สามารถติดตามได้โดยดาวโหลดได้ที่ Link นี้ครับ. JOMYUT.NET registered on 15 November 2000 with a concept to provide computer science knowledge and contribute some of sourcecode in Thai language. It was continue serve some new knowledge over 6 years and temporary shutdown the website because no efforts can contribute to it. Now, I am back to contribute some knowledge which I learned.

JOMYUT.NET come from 2 words JOMYUT and NET. JOMYUT in Thai mean a hero. A hero cannot be success by themself. They needs to get knowledge, tricks, tips from another of them. This is a place to share ideas or any experience together to make us going with the fast change technology today.
